Halloween Costume Contest:
Those who wish to participate in the contest must have a race bib and must stay until the end of the awards ceremony to qualify. Participants are responsible for choosing appropriate and safe attire; such attire, including costumes, MAY NOT limit the participant's field of vision or unnecessarily impede movement. Race officials will ask any participant that the officials deem, in their sole discretion, to be wearing an unsafe mask or outfit to remove the unsafe article(s). If the participant fails to remove the article(s), the race officials will disqualify the participant.
