Online registration has closed,
but you may still sign up for the race either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning at Packet Pick-up

Packet Pick-up:   Near the START/FINISH line by the stairs of TTU Prescott Hall on Stadium Drive on the TTU campus:
4:30-7:00 p.m. Fri, Oct. 24th 
8:00-9:30 a.m. Sat, Oct. 25th 
Parking is available on either side of Prescott Hall.

Registration is $35.
Special parent/child combo is $50
Current TTU students have been sponsored by SGA S.O.L.O. funding to run in the race for free with the option of a $10 T-shirt.

The last day to register with a guaranteed T-shirt is Wed, Oct. 15th.  10/16/2014 Update:  We just ordered a bunch of extra shirts, so the chances are in your favor that you will still be able to get a shirt.   10/23/2014 Update.  We still have several extra shirts.  Please help spread the word:  we are hoping more people sign up between now and race day!

Nov. 2, 2013 Race Photo Highlights:
Volunteers from the TTU Department of Chemistry, the TTU Drumline, and TTU Dance Team all worked well together to prepare for the race start.
Race starts with an explosion provided by Dr. Dan Swartling. Professional Chip Timing provided by TN Race Timing.
Enjoying music from the TTU Drumline, it's all smiles at the start.  :-)
A few minutes later...
TTU Awesome Eagle encouraging 17 year old George Sampley toward a 1st Place overall finish time of 18 min 54.6 sec (a 6 min 5 sec pace per mile)!
Congratulations to 1st place female winner and 2nd place overall winner 
Mary-Ellen Parsons with a new PR of 19 min 50 sec 
(a 6 min 23 sec pace per mile)!

Special Stroller Division:

Pete (and Nicole) Ziegler finish strong with a time of 25 min 54.5 sec and this year's title of STROLLER CHAMP (1st male to finish pushing a stroller).   In a close second place finish, Ben (and Jordan) Coonce finished with a time of 27 min 35.2 sec.   Not far behind them was Cookeville Mayor Matt Swallow's family with a time of 30 min 26.4 sec in 3rd place in the stroller division. This performance earned Matt's wife, Kelly, the well-deserved title of STROLLER QUEEN as the first female to cross the finish line pushing a stroller. congratulations to the Majka family for a strong 4th place finish in the stroller division, and a great stroll/run by Alison Majka (age 5).
